Repeat Prescriptions

Please leave your request for a repeat prescription at reception or post it to the surgery. Tick the items you need on the right-hand section of your previous prescription form. We will aim to have your repeat prescription ready for collection 24 hours later. If you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope).

We also have a dedicated prescription line which is manned by a qualified member of staff who will assist you with your request. The line is open Monday to Friday 9.00am until 12 noon. The telephone number is 01924 786202.

You are also able to order your repeat prescriptions on-line. To do this you must first register for the on-line facilities the practice offers. We will require some form of photographic evidence from yourself before we can issue you with a password. Please contact reception for more details.

We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
