Suggestion for improvement of services in our practice are welcome.  Should you be dissatisfied with any aspects of the care or services provided please contact the Practice Manager, Mr James Day,  by telephone or, if you prefer, in writing. Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible.
The Practice Complaints Leaflet will also provide further information and is available from reception.
