Our Prescription Line is Closing
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
From 1st June 2024 the practice will no longer have a dedicated prescription ordering line. Therefore, the prescription phone line that is currently open 9am until 12 noon will cease.
Patients will have to request their repeat medication via other methods.
The other options available to order your prescription are listed below and the staff at the surgery are more than happy to help anyone with this:
- NHS app
- Systm on-line
- Handing the request slip into the surgery
- Postal request
The practice is closing the line following guidance from NHS England and the Integrated Care Board who state that ordering medications over the telephone is potentially UNSAFE.
Please speak to reception if you currently use the prescription line and need any help or advice on the alternative methods of ordering your prescriptions after 1st June 2024.
