Appointments

We run all our surgeries by an appointment only system. Appointments can be booked by telephoning the surgery or by booking your appointment on-line.

We offer both routine face to face and telephone appointments and these can be made by contacting the surgery.

The busiest time for booking appointments is at 8.00am so we suggest you avoid ringing at this time for routine appointments.

We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.

For urgent on the day appointments are booked face to face.

Home Visits

Patients who can attend the surgery, either independently or with assistance, will be expected to do so, as our facilities are better equipped for certain examinations and treatments. If you are housebound or too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 10.30am. Please be prepared to tell the receptionist about your condition so we can visit the most urgent cases first. The doctor may telephone you rather than visit if this is medically appropriate. Please be aware that lack of transport is not a valid reason to request a home visit.
